- Payments are not refundable.
-Each crystal comes with unique design.Expect minimum disparity in design and color.
- Cash refund is not applicable except for no-stock items.
- No cash refund on not suitable, no match or change of preference.
- All sale and promotional items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Please keep in mind that sale item may have slight defect less that 5% as some crystals are raw crystals. Thus, they are in raw form.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed.
- Shipping charges are to be borne by the sender.
- Moonfaerie Crystals will not be responsible on missing parcel / lateness / return back due to third party delivery partner. However we will help you on the process to track and enquire on your parcel.
-Customer will only be given store credit due to damage if you provide unboxed video of the item within 24 hours of receiving item. Any other complaints regarding the item after 24 hours upon receiving the product will not be accepted. You will be given store credit on the same or of less value of the damaged item.
